Forever21 has some great jewelry for very cheap. The only problem is the chains are a little too short for my taste. Solution: ribbon! Luckily I had some thin black ribbon that I simply sewed each end to the clasps of the necklace and then tied them together adding length to the necklace quickly, easily and cheaply!
